So what do you want to know about me?
Maybe that I am a Libra sun, Leo moon and Scorpio rising.
Yes, it is a vibe.
That I am psychic.
That I connect deeply with the unseen world and receive guidance through intuition, spirit and energetic awareness.

But there are a few other things you should probably know first.
I grew up in Melbourne and spent more than twenty years in elite sport.
At seventeen I represented Australia at the Sydney 2000 Paralympic Games. Sport shaped the way I see the world. It taught me resilience, leadership and what it truly means to show up in the arena of life.
Elite sport pushes you to discover parts of yourself most people never meet.
But eventually, every athlete faces a moment where the arena changes.
When injury ended my sporting career, I had to navigate a deep identity shift and ask a question many people avoid for most of their lives.
Who am I now?
That question became the doorway into the work I do today.
I have spent so much of my life worrying about what other people thought of me and how to fit into a world that did not always understand the body I live in or the way my mind works.
Living with that reality sharpened something inside me.
It built a fierce kind of self-compassion.
The kind that gives people permission to take the road less travelled.
Over time, I discovered that my intuition was not something to hide or minimise. It was something to honour.
That path led me into spiritual work, healing practices, leadership mentorship and guiding others through transformation.

Today, my work sits at the intersection of leadership, intuition and transformation.
Through my programs, mentorship and intuitive guidance, I support women to
trust their instincts,

Wherever you begin, the work always comes back to one thing.

Sometimes I might even piss you off.

I am the kind of woman who watches Hogwarts ambient videos while working.
Who hosts New Moon catch-ups where we write letters to burn and drench them in oils so they smell beautiful while they turn to ash.
I listen to heavy metal to regulate my nervous system.
And I will never read your energy or offer intuitive guidance without your permission.

My Philosophy
I can be your guide and teacher and help you discover where your next expansion lives.
I will share the magic of the spiritual realm with you.
But I will never tell you who you have to be.
There is no single way to dress, think, act or live in order to be connected to your intuition or your guides.
This path can be playful.
It can be curious.
And honestly, the more connected you are to your inner child and your sense of wonder, the easier the expansion becomes.
