After a 15-year career representing Australia on the global stage as a Paralympic swimmer and elite athlete, I retired into silence because no one knew how to support the emotional needs of a 20-something who had to retire due to injury. There were no rituals for grief. No guidance for who I was beyond the medals.
So I built what I needed.

When we lead with intuition and courage, we don’t just shift our lives, we reshape the world.
I became a certified coach, an integrated energy healer, and a leader in self-belief. I trained in emotional intelligence, energetics, psychic mastery, and spiritual leadership. I returned to my magic and then helped hundreds of others do the same.
